We're looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead revenue expansion across the Asia region. In this role, you'll take ownership of high‐profile initiatives—developing strategy, building compelling business cases, and executing plans that deliver measurable financial results. You'll collaborate across teams, harness market intelligence, and cultivate key relationships to unlock new opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development opportunities such as BGM and low‐cost products aligned with company goals. Create business case analysis and materials for presentation to global stakeholders. Lead negotiations and close high‐value deals with clients in partnership with global and country stakeholders. Build and maintain key relationships for strategic accounts, coordinating internally to ensure delivery of customer requirements. Work with VP, Asia to define roles, responsibilities, information flow and decision rights across the region for new business initiatives. Manage business development growth initiatives budget and track KPIs to measure success. Partner closely with Country General Managers and Regional Marketing to coordinate cross‐functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Global Supply Chain) for compliant and on‐time launches. Prepare launch scenarios, review launch readiness and execution project plans against targets. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics for informed decision making. Education Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred. Experience Preferably 8‐10 years of experience in a healthcare organization with proven success in implementing new business growth. Required Knowledge And Skills Strong business understanding and project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions from data. Self‐starter with energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive, solution‐oriented approach. Track record of scoping and executing cross‐functional initiatives in matrixed organizations. Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to drive results and work collaboratively in a high‐pressure environment. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. Passion for improving patient and business outcomes.
