We have an exciting opportunity to support our APAC team as the Director, Master Franchise Supply Chain Transformation .

This role is part of the Transformation Team – the ideal place to effect change and help build sustainable processes for future success. We are a collaborative organization and enjoy working cross-functionality to achieve the objectives of the organization. If you are ready to lay the foundation for a successful Master Franchisee Supply Chain Process – and have a meaningful impact on thousands of small and large business owners across the globe – we want you on our team to work with Brand Leaders and our purchasing organizations (IPCs). This role is not intended to manage the day-to-day supply chain, but to provide the best practices, guidance and support to organizations that are connected to the Subway supply chain system.

The Director, Master Franchise Transformation, leads Supply Chain transitions for organizations that are entering or exiting the Brand’s supply chain program and continues to provide guidance and support post-transition.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead supply chain transitions along with internal and external stakeholders including Purchasing Cooperations, Master Franchisee Organizations and Subway Regional Teams.
• Guide and support Master Franchisees with supplier qualifications, new product introduction processes and best practices from similar supply chain organizations.
• Drive key initiatives and strategic projects across Master Franchisee Supply Chain processes, including proactively identifying and removing roadblocks, driving program management and seeking opportunities for cost savings.
• Influence external supply team stakeholders' processes and policies to ensure there is a focus on continuous system-wide improvements.
• Provide support to regional IPC and Subway resources.

Skills & Abilities:

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or FSQA.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain management, Master Franchising management or business management.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain functions, including food safety best practices, supplier management, procurement, category management and/or logistics experience.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different functions and levels of the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment.
