Key Account Director Supply Chain Transformation

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Director Supply Chain Transformation. This role will be responsible for leading supply chain transitions and providing guidance and support to Master Franchisees.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on the success of our organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain functions, including food safety best practices, supplier management, procurement, category management, and logistics experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to influence different functions and levels of the organization. They will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead supply chain transitions along with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide and support Master Franchisees with supplier qualifications, new product introduction processes, and best practices from similar supply chain organizations.
  • Drive key initiatives and strategic projects across Master Franchisee Supply Chain processes, including proactively identifying and removing roadblocks, driving program management, and seeking opportunities for cost savings.
  • Influence external supply team stakeholders' processes and policies to ensure there is a focus on continuous system-wide improvements.

Requirements:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or FSQA.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Supply Chain management, Master Franchising management, or business management.
  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain functions, including food safety best practices, supplier management, procurement, category management, and/or logistics experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment.
