With a diversified portfolio of prestigious brands under their umbrella, they are seeking a Country Manager to spearhead their business in Lagos, Nigeria. Job Description Reporting to the International Sales Director, you will be responsible for carrying out the below duties: Developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals in Nigeria Leading commercial activity within the modern and traditional trade markets Collaborating with import and export distribution channels to ensure products are delivered Monitoring market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities Implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual KPIs Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion, including launches in Nigeria Representing the company at trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility The Successful Applicant You bring 5 years of proven working experience as a Country Manager in the premium alcohol and spirits industry in Nigeria. Additionally, 3 years of experience working in a management role in the alcohol industry is mandatory. You have a proven understanding of the Nigerian consumer marketplace, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, excellent negotiation skills with strong business acumen, and the ability to lead a large sales and distribution team.
