The Opportunity – Senior Marketing Director
This role will lead strategic marketing initiatives to connect with aligned audiences, raise product visibility, and guide prospective clients through informed decision-making. The position operates under a performance-based, commission-only model, making it well suited to entrepreneurial professionals who enjoy autonomy and value rewards that reflect measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
Lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies
Create campaigns tailored for professionals across various sectors
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and program positioning
Monitor campaign data and make informed adjustments to improve results
Stay current on trends in digital marketing, leadership, and personal development
Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or related roles
Ability to conduct outreach campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook (training provided)
Ability to lead structured discovery calls to explore fit and support client decision-making
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Comfortable using CRM systems, analytics tools, and remote collaboration platforms
Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable to working in a virtual team environment
Interest in leadership, education, or personal growth topics
