Prepare persuasive proposals and quotations, and manage contract negotiations and renewals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Provide high-quality service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Use CRM tools to maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategies.
