The role of a Business Analytics Manager is pivotal in driving business insights, forecasting, and analytics efforts for various products in Asia.

This position requires delivering market and sales analysis to maximize product value, coordinating the forecasting process, and providing strategic insights through market research.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Leading data and AI transformation initiatives in the software/gaming domain.
  • Developing robust BI dashboards using Tableau and modern analytics tools.
  • Managing and optimizing data pipelines and analytics workflows.
  • Applying prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and model deployment techniques.
  • Creating advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards for storytelling.
  • Implementing data warehouse design, data modeling, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Documenting systems, ensuring version control, and driving change management initiatives.
  • Leading a team of business analysts and providing guidance.

Requirements include:

  • Tertiary education in relevant disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database analysis.
  • Deep experience with Tableau development, dashboard performance optimization, and governance.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to connect with international clients.
  • Background in software/gaming domain is preferred.
  • Regional experience is preferred.
