Overview Location: Sungei Kadut Product: Building material Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management Act as the face of the company and position yourself as a construction industry specialist Proactively hunt for new opportunities in the market and grow the client base Build and manage long-term customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering value Assess potential customers and prepare analysis reports Develop a strong stakeholder network (Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc.)Monitor site progress closely and provide accurate material forecasts Share timely insights on industry trends and client feedback with the leadership team Liaise with dealers and customers on terms to ensure timely payments Provide tailored solutions and support to clients, including training and troubleshooting Requirements 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials Must own a car or motorcycle for client visits Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools effectively Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in addressing client needs Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and drive to succeed Proven track record in project-based sales with consistent results Confident communicator with excellent persuasion and deal-closing abilities Resilient and positive mindset, able to thrive even in challenging situations Work Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm (5-day work week)How to Apply HOW TO APPLY: We would like to invite interested applicants to click on the “APPLY NOW” button We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
