Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

About the Company:
Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions, specializing in empowering businesses and organizations with advanced networking, cybersecurity, and digital transformation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver expert technical pre-sales support for network products and solutions.
Engage early with customers to drive opportunities, including RFQ and tender processes.
Understand customer requirements and propose complete, cost-effective solutions.
Prepare solution write-ups, bills of materials, and collaborate with the Service Delivery team for professional effort estimation.
Ensure technical terms and conditions are complete and accurate.
Conduct and lead technical presentations and clarifications with customers.
Identify technical and execution risks, and provide mitigation strategies.
Integrate network solutions with input from other presales solution consultants.
Transition awarded contracts to project implementation teams with detailed briefings on solutions and designs.
Stay updated on product technologies, certifications, and advancements.
Prepare technical capability slides and conduct in-house technology sharing sessions.
Attain product/technology certifications to maintain premium partnership statuses with product principals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure/network pre-sales.
Relevant network certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or Aruba Certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of virtualization and cloud (IaaS) technologies.
Customer-focused, technically inclined, and a strong team player.
Capable of working effectively both independently and within a team environment.
