Technical Director – Geotechnical You’ll be a qualified Professional Engineer (P.Eng – Geotechnical) with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore. With broad experience, you will possess strong technical knowledge of geotechnical practices and principles. You are a value‑driven person who enjoys sharing successes of colleagues and delivering excellence for clients, and you have proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse interests. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Act as the Qualified Person (Geotechnical) under local regulatory requirements. Lead geotechnical design, analysis, and review for foundations, earthworks, and retaining structures. Provide technical leadership. Ensure compliance with statutory codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and cost‑effective solutions. Key Requirements Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering. Minimum 15–18 years of relevant experience in the Built Environment industry. Registered as a Qualified Person (Geotechnical) with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore. Proven experience in a consulting environment. Strong knowledge of local codes and international standards. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Able to work independently and exercise initiative. Team, client and delivery focused working style. Respected technical specialist in the field.
