This includes various personal authentication protocols, data sharing tools, and corporate identity systems through Corppass. The team's mission is to provide reliable digital identity infrastructure that streamlines transactions, enables businesses, and protects against fraud. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will: Responsibilities: Apply investigational and analytics skills to monitor and analyse potential fraudulent cases and produce root cause analysis report with value-added risk mitigation suggestions Design and deliver insightful dashboard, reports, and presentation for various stakeholders, ensure data-driven decision making Understand Singpass-related scams and how the scams affect the anti-fraud ecosystem Identify the pertinent Singpass logs corresponding to the various modus operandi Proficient with the existing fraud modus and label the fraudulent transactions accurately for machine modelling and fraud trending Synthesize and analyse data to support anti-fraud operations, process improvements, product team decision-making and development Work effectively in a team environment (What we are looking for)Requirements At least 5 years experience with data analytics in the anti-scam space highly preferred Proficiency in SQL/Python and experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Strong attention to details and ability to notice discrepancies in data Strong data analysis and correlation skills with the ability to work through complex and unfamiliar data sets and derive characteristics of different scenarios Demonstrate success in working independently and within a team Able to work under pressure Strong communication skills, with an ability to present findings clearly and concisely Overall, we seek individuals aligned with our values and mission, motivated with a growth mindset, with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, curiosity, and engagement.
