Responsibilities: Fulfilling the category management for Group. Spend categories under management includes MRO & EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), Technical Consultancy and other assigned categories. Collate market insights, supplier and business requirements to formulate strategy jointly with Market Procurement, mainly for renewable energy categories. Accountable for developing strategies and leading initiatives for the assigned categories in alignment to company’s strategies to gain buy-off from respective stakeholders. Actively engaging business stakeholders and market procurement leads to understand business priorities and guide stakeholders to propose and execute the operational strategies with consideration to risk mitigation and governance. Lead RFx creation/management, market research/analysis, data collection/analysis, and contract management (cost, terms and conditions, SOWs, MSAs, etc.). Lead supplier negotiations, performance, and relationship management. Identify new potential suppliers and develop suppliers. Requirements: Degree in Engineering / Business.
