
Client Service Advocate

As a Client Service Advocate , you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat, handling escalations, and providing solutions within established guidelines.
Additionally, you will be responsible for validating business programs, orders, and contracts, reviewing agreements and orders to ensure all legal requirements are met, and updating customers on their queries and resolving them within stipulated timelines.
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in any field, JLPT N2 or N1 certification, fluency in English language, and previous experience in client-facing roles. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability are essential qualities for this position.
