
Client Service Advocate

Our organization is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to handle customer service, inquiries, and issues in a timely manner. This role involves providing excellent support to customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, answer questions, and resolve issues properly.
- Record customer complaints and suggestions, calm customers, track progress, provide feedback results, and handle some complaint-related matters as a company representative.
- Communicate with relevant departments and coordinate resources to solve customer problems.
- Participate in team training meetings and assist in optimizing customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Priority is given to those with customer service internship/work experience; preference for experience in handling small claims court cases; majors in Law or Administration are preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in office software.
- Personal Qualities: Good communication skills and service awareness, able to handle customer needs patiently. Meticulous, responsible, able to work under pressure, and with good teamwork spirit.
