Job Title: Clients Advocate
The role of a Clients Advocate is pivotal in managing claims-related matters for an organization. As the primary point of contact, they serve as an advocate on behalf of clients in all claims-related matters.
- Negotiate with reinsurers to ensure fair and timely settlement of claims.
- Resolve complex or disputed claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Process loss notifications from clients and verify that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for submission to reinsurers.
- Analyze and interpret complex reinsurance agreements and underlying policies to determine coverage.
- Prepare and submit claims to reinsurers in accordance with reinsurance conditions.
- Monitor claim progress with reinsurers, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims, correspondences, and financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 0 years of experience in a claims management role.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with public speaking skills and a deep understanding of business principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
