What the role is: This is a HR generalist role that supports the Senior Assistant Director, Human Resource in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. What you will be working on: As the Executive/Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the HR operations and largely involved in the following: Support employees through the employee life cycle from On-boarding to Off-boarding Administration of rewards, benefits, training and performance management Plan, execute programs and activities supporting organisation development and employee engagement Manage HR systems and serve as key contact person Maintain and update of HR policies and procedures Administer HR-related surveys Administer the procurement process and records management for HR department End-to-end recruitment for non-managerial positions Support in ad-hoc tasks/projects What we are looking for: At least 5 years of relevant experiences across several HR functions with strong expertise in payroll administration and HR operations Experienced in using Workday HR system Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently Strong problem-solving skills with a resilient approach to challenges Prior HR experience in the public sector will be an advantage About Singapore Labour Foundation Singapore Labour Foundation (SLF), a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower, is committed towards its mission to improve the welfare of union members and further the development of the trade union movement.
