Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Quality Assurance expert to drive efficiency and excellence across digital initiatives.

  • Promote a culture of quality, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop overarching strategies for DevOps and Digital Quality Assurance.
  • Create common business-specific quality measurement frameworks and metrics.
  • Consult on and implement strategies to improve test efficiency and reduce test cycle time.
  • Provide guidance on designing and implementing testing tasks.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the team to meet performance targets.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and maintain/provision cloud resources.
  • Enforce corporate and department standards within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in DevOps and/or Quality Assurance.
  • Strong practical knowledge of software testing concepts and relevant DevOps tools.
  • Proficient in various SDLC methodologies and process management.
  • Strong test analyst skills, including writing high-quality test specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps/CI/CD tools and test automation tools.
  • Experience in implementing container solutions and knowledge of cloud platforms.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting test environments and utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to take strong initiative and cultivate robust relationships.
