Responsibilities: Assume a secondary role in case management through providing support to case workers. To co-work with case workers in relation to clients and their family members through casework towards supporting the family’s needs. Provide logistics and administrative support for FSC programmes and operations Source and coordinate resources, brokering of services to meet the needs of clients Requirements: Diploma in Social Work/in relevant discipline Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and planning skills.
