SENIOR/ ASSOCIATE, SOCIAL WORKER

Responsibilities

To support Medical Social Worker and perform social work functions for
Intermediate Long-Term Care sector (ILTC).

Conduct home visitation for assessment, renewal of means testing, MFEC and
any other financial assistance available.

cases that may need assistance.

Co-ordinate cases that qualifies for Medifund and support Medifund Committees
for reports.

To maintain data records and other administrative tasks within the Case & Social
Work Department.

Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in Social Work
Min 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Healthcare services

will have added advantage.
Matured and Confident in dealing with patients, family members and the public.
Good communication skills, dynamic and patient-oriented personality.
Ability to converse in local dialect an advantage.
