DESIGNATION : Social Work Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Work Associate works in varied practice contexts where he/she offers support in welfare, case co-ordination and counselling to the community. SWA is to work with Social Workers to ensure clients are well served and programmes are executed and objectives are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Business Administration, Social Work or other disciplines can be considered.

OTHER INFORMATION

**Responsibilities**:

- To conduct casework management, including gathering information, conducting psycho-social assessment, identify common needs and goals for intervention
- To plan and implement programmes at the centre
- To provide programme evaluation for programmes conducted
- To conduct community outreach and group work
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required
