The SWA also helps coordinate casework, group work, and community development activities and programmes; supports community events and performs administrative tasks. The individual also works as part of a collaborative team with other agencies and ministries in the course of their work. Job Responsibilities Assist in coordinating casework, groupwork, and community development activities and programmes, supporting community events, and performing administrative functions Support the planning and implementation of programmes at the centre Assist in providing interventions and evaluations for programmes conducted Support community outreach activities and group work Qualification & Skills Possess a Diploma in Social Work or other relevant qualifications from an accredited institution. Other disciplines can be considered. Other Information Relevant Experience: 1-2 years prior experience in Social Service Sector Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Competencies People-oriented and good interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Keen interest in keeping up with evolving digital trends Analytical ability & problem-solving skills to analyze information quickly and accurately, and formulate decisions and make recommendations Committed and can-do attitude Effective report writing skills Team Player Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
