Social Work Associate – Youth Rehabilitation Social Work Associate will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation. Responsibilities Conduct needs assessment to develop suitable programmes, developing risk assessment and manage risks involved in programmes Plan for, lead and facilitate programmes Implement appropriate assessment tools to develop and evaluate group work outcomes Develop and plan group processes and specialised intervention strategies Facilitate, evaluate and review therapeutic group work sessions Volunteer management and engagement. Casework Support Support case management, include preparing, and attending all necessary case-related appointments/meetings Develop / maintain good working relationship with stakeholders, including parents and schools Apply restorative practices including planning and facilitating a restorative circle and principles of trauma-informed care Administrative Able to organize and upkeep documents Able to keep to administrative timelines Requirements Diploma in Social Work with prior experience of mentoring and working with youths.
