About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospitality Team Leader to join our service team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supporting the management team in overseeing daily operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide our service staff to consistently deliver high-quality service. Your expertise in coordinating floor operations, including table assignments, service flow, and guest satisfaction, will ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and guiding service staff to maintain consistent guest service standards.
  • Managing daily floor operations, including table assignments, service flow, and guest satisfaction.
  • Handling guest inquiries and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Training, coaching, and motivating team members to uphold service standards.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in F&B service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments.
