Overview Contract Period: 11 Months Working Location: Bugis Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm); Lunch: 1 hour Offered Salary: Up to $5,000 per month Core Responsibilities Marketing Support: Create effective visual aids and infographics to support learning. Learning Content: Assist project team in the usage of EdTech and Generative AI tools for learning content creation. Programme Operations and Administration: Coordinate programme schedules and administrative workflows, manage venue bookings, and handle participant registrations. Handle procurement processes and vendor management documentation. Training Support and Facilitation: Assist in the organisation and execution of training courses, workshops and events, including managing logistics, course scheduling and learner management. Required Expertise Minimum 2 years of experience in the Continuing Education and Training or related industry, with demonstrated experience in programme administration and operations management. Strong administrative and organisational skills with experience in managing training operations, documentation, maintaining records and generating performance reports.
