Job Description:

In this role, you will lead the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training and development.

You will review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and compliance with labor laws.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure effective manpower planning and talent acquisition.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluations, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
  • Support department heads in workforce planning, organizational development, and employee retention.
  • Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with min 2 years of leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
  • Experience in construction industry is an added advantage
