Job Opportunity: Client Services

The executive responsible for client services will provide critical support to portfolio managers in managing portfolios, executing trades, and reconciling with partner banks/brokers/accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process onboarding, subscription, and redemption requests by coordinating with investors to conduct due diligence checks and obtain necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with business support providers to process transactions efficiently and effectively meet investors' requirements.
  • Maintain regular contact with investors and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately record trades, settlements, funding, and reconciliation activities.
  • Assist with tax reporting, audit requirements, fund administration, and net asset value (NAV) reconciliation.
  • Develop marketing materials for investor relations activities.
  • Provide administrative and enhancement project support as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and escalate issues timely.
  • A dynamic individual with a strong attention to detail who can perform under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and relevant academic or professional experience in accounting, fund accounting, fund administration, or private banking.
