Description Studio Locations: Holland Village | Craig Road ⭐ Flexible WFH Arrangement Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week (1 Weekend Inclusive) About the Role We're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Studio Manager to lead daily operations and create an exceptional experience for both clients and team members. As part of our growing Pilates community, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth studio operations, supporting instructors, and fostering meaningful client relationships. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Management Inspire and lead a team of instructors and front desk staff to deliver exceptional service. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews. Studio Operations & Administration Ensure efficient studio operations, including class scheduling, booking systems, and client management. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Monitor inventory and oversee sales of studio packages and merchandise. Training & Development Provide ongoing support and training for instructors and front desk staff to help them excel in their roles. Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture. Event & Community Management Plan and execute studio events, workshops, and community engagement activities. Support marketing initiatives and client engagement campaigns. Requirements Proven experience in fitness, wellness, or studio management (Pilates experience a plus). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficient in studio management software and digital tools (e.g. Mindbody). Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours based on studio schedules and events.
