Responsibilities Conduct market and industry research within the sector focus in Nomura. Organize and prepare marketing materials, presentations and assist in client relationship management. Responsible for development of valuation models, pro‐forma financial statements and comparable company analysis. Assist in due diligence, transaction management and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience within Investment Banking or boutique advisory. Minimum 1 year of M&A transactions for SEA deals. Experience working on SEA transactions that require interaction in Bahasa Indonesia, Malay or Thai. Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines. A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork. A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
