**Role: Investment Banking, Analyst**

**Our Company**

Our client is a subsidiary of a Japanese Investment Bank, operating in Singapore for over 50 years. They are successful in being one of the key IPO advisors amongst the international investment banks in Singapore. The key products that they focus on are Asian currency unit transactions, securities, brokerage and dealing, investment banking and money market.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Support the origination and execution of strategic advisory transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, debt capital markets and equity capital markets
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, marketing and valuation decks
- Build complex financial models for valuation exercises & analysis
- Conduct macroeconomic, industry and company specific research
- Participate in transaction due diligence, data room management and liaison with clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accountancy, Business, Finance or Banking & Finance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong interpersonal skills, as well as analytical, numerical & presentation skills
- Resourceful with good initiative, sociable, responsible, independent and highly-motivated team player
- CFA and/or CA qualifications will be a plus
