Investment Banking

Nomura's Investment Banking department is a leading global player offering a comprehensive range of advisory and capital-raising services to clients. Responsibilities

  • Conducting market and industry research within the sector focus in Nomura.
  • Organizing and preparing marketing materials, presentations and assisting in client relationship management;
  • Responsible for the development of valuation models, pro-forma financial statements and comparable company analysis
  • Assisting in due diligence, transaction management and liaising with internal and external stakeholders;

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience within Investment Banking or boutique advisory.
  • Minimum 1 year of M&A transactions for SEA deals.
  • Experience working on SEA transactions that requires interaction in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay or Thai.
  • Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good Presentation skills.
  • The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines.
  • A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork.
  • A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
