Assistant Manager, Sales

Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Construction Equipment industry. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to drive sales performance. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the industry. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project implementation and after-sales support. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in the MHE and Construction Equipment sector. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in the MHE or Construction Equipment industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Knowledge of the MHE or Construction Equipment industry, including products, solutions, and industry trends. Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
