Job Overview:
The role of Regional Finance Specialist is crucial in overseeing the financial operations for all four countries. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising daily financial activities, reviewing and validating financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management & Reporting:
    • Supervise daily financial operations for all four countries.
    • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with USGAAP and local financial accounting standards.
  • Concur Expense Reporting:
    • Review and validate monthly expense reports prepared by outsourced service providers.
  • Outsourced Accounting Oversight:
    • Oversee relationships with local outsourced accounting service providers.
    • Review and validate financial reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions prepared by external partners.
  • Compliance & Controls:
    • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
    • Maintain and enhance internal controls and risk management frameworks.
