Strategic Finance Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead strategic and operational initiatives, drive process improvements, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

  • Partner with senior finance leaders to develop and execute regional finance projects focused on efficiency gains, reporting enhancements, and operational excellence.
  • Lead and manage initiatives such as financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, and internal policy implementation.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and design solutions to reduce manual work, improve turnaround times, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including process documentation, dashboard/report development, and system/process enhancements.
  • Prepare regular status updates, track key performance indicators, and provide timely insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance operations, project management, or business partnering, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in key markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
