Regional Finance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across Australia, Singapore, and North Asia. This role requires leadership in accounts payable/receivable management while ensuring compliance with corporate key performance indicators (KPIs).

This position is responsible for financial reporting, budget preparation, and forecast analysis, maintaining variance control of ±5%. The successful candidate will establish effective controls, support audit activities, and drive continuous process improvements.

  • Lead the finance team for Australia, Singapore, and North Asia markets, providing direction and driving solutions for complex day-to-day financial operations.
  • Review and achieve corporate AP and AR KPIs for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Drive continuous improvements in AP and AR workflows; set standards operating procedures (SOPs) or guidelines for future workflow.
  • Review accruals of all cost categories for Australia, Singapore, and North Asia markets.
  • Review Annual Budget preparation, Quarterly Forecast, and monthly variances analysis with control variation of ±5% for quarterly forecasts.
  • Engage with stakeholders to resolve audit queries; participate in assurance activities.
  • Establish and monitor controls to mitigate non-compliant findings in finance processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information to all stakeholders.
RequirementsSkills
  • Strong team leadership and excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver simple and effective solutions in a complex matrix environment.
  • Ability to influence senior management on strategic matters.
  • Organizational agility; ability to work across regional differences and lead a geographically dispersed team.
  • Financial acumen at both strategic and operational levels.
Experience
  • Extensive experience in the Finance Function across Singapore and other relevant markets, preferably with regional exposure.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory/statutory requirements and governance principles/SOX.
  • Experience with workflow and process control implementations.
Qualifications
  • MBA, Master, or other Finance/Business qualification.
  • Accountancy Qualification.
