What you will be working on: Your role is to ensure smooth facilities operations, safety management and service excellence delivery to the members of Public. Performing multiple roles is required, covering duties such as Pool Guardian, Fitness Champion, Programme Lead, and Front Desk Services depending on operations deployment needs. Training will be provided. In this role, you will, Attend to guest enquiry, handle public feedback, process refund and assist daily bookings of respective facilities. Perform daily reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance to financial standard operating procedures. Enforce swimming pool rules and regulation to ensure water safety. Scan the water and surrounding areas to recognise signs of danger, unsafe behaviour and water conditions to prevent incidents. Support swimming pool pump room operations and work with Facilities Management team to ensure pump room equipment are functional. Assist in land rescue, through administering first aid/ CPR/ AED and care for the victim if required. Assist in the daily gym operations and provide guidance to part-time staff to ensure service excellence delivery. Conduct and simple fitness and exercise programmes. Support the planning of programmes and promote programmes and events happening across ActiveSG. Liaise with external instructor, ensuring adequate time is catered for members to sign up for programme. Prepare and set up venue prior to major events/competitions and ensure all facilities and equipment are ready for use. Performing any other ad-hoc matters. What we are looking for: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. Applicant with no working experience may apply. Job Requirements: Qualification in Fitness Studies/Sports Management is advantageous. A valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) credential is advantageous. Customer-centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong standards towards customer safety in line with our SOP. Able to perform shift work including weekends and public holidays. Well-organised and able to multi-task. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants' experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3- years' contract in the first instance.
