Job Title: Full Time Barista

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Full Time Barista. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the daily operations of our cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a selection of delicious beverages using various brewing and preparation methods.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional hospitality to customers, colleagues, and vendors, ensuring a positive experience in our cafes.
  • Knowledge and Training: Stay knowledgeable about our current beverage offerings and preparation techniques, continuously cultivating your own curiosity and knowledge through in-house tastings, cuppings, and trainings.
  • Quality Control: Taste our coffee regularly to ensure quality that upholds our standards and to develop your palate.
  • Community Building: Create a community in our cafes by sharing your joy and knowledge of coffee with our guests, inspiring fellow teammates to do the same.
  • Supportive Team Member: Support the team by taking joy in tasks that keep the cafe running smoothly and effectively, including cleaning, clearing, washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and organizing condiment stations, and taking out the trash.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain proper health and food safety according to guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proactive and Enthusiastic: Be proactive and enthusiastic with an avid interest in learning and making coffee.
  • Outgoing Personality: Possess an outgoing personality to interact with customers.
  • Specialty Coffee Knowledge: Be passionate about specialty coffee and creating an inclusive hospitality engagement.
  • Positive Attitude: Excited about taking on challenges and possessing a positive attitude.
  • Eligibility: Eligible to work in Singapore with a valid Singapore/Permanent Resident citizenship.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate: Possess a valid food hygiene certificate.
