About the Role You'll play a key role in planning, managing, and executing arboricultural and landscape maintenance projects. You'll ensure that every project — from tree care to large-scale landscape works — meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys both hands‐on fieldwork and strategic leadership . What You'll Do Lead and supervise operations staff, arborists, and contractors in day‐to‐day field activities. Conduct tree inspections and assessments, recommending treatments and maintenance plans. Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and removal works following arboricultural best practices. Manage landscape and tree projects from start to completion — ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Build strong client relationships and support business growth through quality service delivery. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape, or related field. ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in landscape or arboricultural operations. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
