Responsibilities:

  • Must have at least five years of experience in facial services with a proven track record of success.
  • Responsibility for driving sales and service performance metrics through outstanding customer interactions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism, even in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed, while maintaining weekday off status.
  • Schedule adherence is essential; you must follow the assigned working schedule without exception.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatment options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Sensitivity and understanding towards clients' needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual.
  • The ability to perform manual tasks such as administering treatments with precision and care.

Requirements:

  • Five years of experience in facial services.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and service performance.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for beauty and skincare.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure.
