Skincare Therapist
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for motivated skincare therapists / beauticians to join our growing family. The Skincare Therapist is responsible for performing all treatment services according to mtm labo's standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high standards of service.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Assess clients' needs and provide professional advice
Perform treatment services according to company standards
Recommend, educate, and promote suitable treatments and products to clients
Ensure client satisfaction and comfort after each treatment
Build and establish good rapport with clients
Assist in retail operations
Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of work stations
Requirements:
Cidescp, ITE, CIBTAC, or other beauty-related qualifications
Basic knowledge of skin concepts and facial massage techniques
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented and customer-focused
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferably Junior Executive in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to converse in Mandarin and English; strong command of English is a plus
