We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Skincare Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our range of skincare services, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert skincare advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Deliver high-quality skincare treatments and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a skincare or treatment role.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of skincare principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Degree or diploma in beauty therapy or related field, or equivalent experience.
