Job Title: Skincare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skincare Professional to join our team. As a key member of our skincare department, you will be responsible for conducting professional skin consultations, recommending suitable treatments and products, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum NITEC in beauty-related studies and relevant experience in the skincare or wellness industry. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough skin analyses and maintain accurate client records.
  • Provide personalized skincare advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell skincare packages and products to meet sales targets.
  • Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and provide aftercare advice.
  • Maintain a clean and organized consultation area that meets company standards.

Requirements:
