A Workday Reporting Consultantwith 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintainingreports and dashboards within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate willhave a strong grasp of Workday's reporting tools and data structures. Skills and Qualification 3 to5 years of experience as Workday reporting consultant. Workedon both HCM and FINs modules with BIRT knowledge. Musthave worked on End-to-end implementation Workday projects and hands-onexperience in the deployment process. ActiveWorkday certification is desired. Collaboratewith the Client's Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gatherrequirements, analyse business processes, and translate them intoeffective Workday configurations and solutions. Utilizeconsulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solutionproficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client'sbusiness ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expectedbusiness result. Optimizeand maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security,and compliance with regulatory standards. Conducthealth checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting indefining a roadmap for Workday optimization. In-depthknowledge of Web Services and solution design approaches around them. Abilityto absorb new technologies and features quickly. Goodoral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectivelymanage customer expectations. Goodproblem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues andprovide effective solutions. Adaptablecommunicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver. Abilityto multi-task and prioritize time effectively.
