About the Team The ASEAN Functional Consulting team is based out of Singapore and Malaysia. We work on the most exciting Workday HCM implementation projects, bringing the best of Workday functionality to our customers. About the Role Your role combines functional expertise, consulting skills, and a customer-first attitude to help organizations realize the full value of Workday. Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s HCM suite- Translate client business requirements into functional designs and Workday configurations.- Build and present prototype solutions to demonstrate how Workday can meet client needs.- - Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and accelerators that improve project delivery.- Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing clear communication, proactive mentorship, and a solutions-oriented approach. About You Basic Qualifications - 3+ years of functional experience in HCM software solutions or systems. - 3+ years Consulting experience. Other Qualifications - Strong communication skills on system functionality with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders - Specific knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking SKUs would be advantageous Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
