For SG payroll: In‐house system Validate timesheets and benefit claim reports monthly Prepare timesheets and benefit claim templates for upload into payroll engine Retrieve supporting documents for new hires/leavers and calculate prorated payments applicable monthly Prepare general ledger reports monthly Prepare submissions for government paid leave claims annually For IO payroll: via local payroll vendors Collate and provide payroll information to external payroll vendor(s) monthly Review draft payroll prepared by the external payroll vendor(s) monthly/bi‐weekly Prepare payroll funding template monthly Prepare variance and general ledger reports monthly Statutory reporting for IO offices System testing for OnePayroll (payroll reporting system)Admin Duties Validate payroll vendor invoices and submit for
