Working closely with the Head of Corporate Development and senior executives, you'll help shape the company's growth agenda through strategic transactions – including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, restructurings, and other corporate initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure, direct access to decision-makers, and opportunities to grow across multiple business areas.**What You'll Do*** **Drive Strategic Transactions:** Source, assess, and execute M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities from start to finish.* **Perform Financial Analysis:** Build and refine financial models, evaluate potential deals, and provide insights to guide investment decisions.* **Collaborate Across Teams:** Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, and operations teams to manage due diligence and ensure smooth execution.* **Deliver Insights & Reporting:** Prepare concise presentations and recommendations for leadership and external stakeholders.* **Monitor Market Activity:** Stay informed on industry trends and competitor moves to identify emerging opportunities.* **Build External Networks:** Maintain strong connections with advisors, investors, and business partners to support deal flow.* **Support Growth Plans:** Partner with business leaders to evaluate and advance strategic initiatives that drive long-term value.**What You Bring*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.* 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, or corporate finance.* Background in insurance, InsurTech, or healthcare is preferred.* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.* Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and effective working both independently and in teams.* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.If this sounds like the right fit for you, click **Apply**.
