Executive Assistant, Metering Data Management (Maternity Cover)Employment Type: Contract Monthly Salary: up to $2900Contract Up to $2900Geylang Bahru Office hours Job Responsibilities: Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues. Perform administrative duties such as report for meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor. Period: 6 months contract Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm up to $2,900 + 0.5 months completion bonus Requirements: Applicants need to possess at least a diploma Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment Possess good communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous and able to meet deadlines Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): (Registration no: R )Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
