About the Client Our client is a leading Financial Market Regulatory institution seeking a passionate Java/Python Developer to join their dynamic technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge trading and data platforms that power Singapore's financial ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using: Java Python Implement scalable solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, reliability, and automation. Explore and integrate AI-powered coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, or similar tools to boost productivity and innovation. Contribute to architecture discussions and participate in peer code reviews. Participate in front-end development activities if full-stack capabilities are present. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on Software Development experience in: Java Python Solid working knowledge of GCP and related services: (e.g. BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions). Exposure to or active usage of AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Gemini, etc.). Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, and version control (Git). Good-To-Have Frontend experience (React, Angular, or similar) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
