We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on communications , email campaigns , newsletters , PR , SEO , and advertising . This role is critical in shaping the public image of Enflux and ensuring our brand is well-positioned within the crypto industry . The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing , capable of driving engagement and building a brand that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive communication strategies that align with Enflux’s goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Lead the creation and execution of email campaigns , newsletters , and content marketing efforts to keep our audience informed and engaged. Oversee public relations efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and cultivating relationships with key industry contacts. Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns , focusing on digital channels, to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients. Develop and implement SEO strategies to ensure Enflux’s online presence is strong, driving organic traffic and enhancing search engine rankings. Utilize a data-driven approach to measure and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Work closely with the Business Development and Lead Generation teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, optimizing engagement funnels and nurturing leads through the pipeline. Collaborate with the Head of Communications to coordinate content strategy and develop a posting plan that ensures cohesive messaging and branding across social media platforms. Ensure the visual identity and branding of Enflux are consistent across all platforms, including social media, website, and marketing materials. Act as the face of Enflux at industry events, conferences, and online forums, building a strong presence for the company. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on communications , PR , SEO , advertising , and data analysis . Experience in the crypto industry is required, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in marketing to the crypto audience. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful email marketing , advertising campaigns , SEO strategies , and data-driven marketing approaches . Strong understanding of digital marketing tools , analytics platforms, and advertising management . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills , with a knack for crafting messages that resonate with diverse audiences. Creative mindset , with the ability to think outside the box and develop new ways to engage potential clients. Ability to work independently and lead a remote team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience building a brand from the ground up, especially in tech or startup environments. Strong network within the crypto and blockchain industry for PR opportunities. Knowledge of content marketing and social media strategy .
