Agency Owner | Rev-Share Marketing | Angel Investor (Ecom only)

We’re a Singapore-based performance marketing agency that partners with Shopify brands on a revenue-share model. Unlike traditional agencies, we align our incentives directly with client growth.

This role is a full-cycle position focused on running the entire sales and client acquisition function. You’ll identify, engage, and close qualified prospects, while refining our acquisition playbook as we move up-market. This role is ideal for a hunter profile who thrives in consultative sales, enjoys working with founders, and wants uncapped earning potential .

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of Shopify brands.
  • Research and identify qualified prospects.
  • Manage outbound channels.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand brand challenges and growth barriers.
  • Position our revenue-share engagement model in a compelling and consultative way.
  • Close deals and ensure smooth handover to operations.
Mid-Market Expansion
  • Engage with larger brands and uncover their needs.
  • Work with the founder to shape new offers/pricing models suitable for mid-market clients.
  • Test and refine sales narratives for different client tiers.
  • Own and update CRM/pipeline management.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity and performance.
  • Continuously improve sales scripts, decks, and collateral.
Feedback & Market Insights
  • Be the voice of the market — share insights on objections, client needs, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with founder and ops team to refine positioning, offers, and pricing.
  • Identify partnership opportunities within the Shopify ecosystem (apps, consultants, events).
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of experience in agency sales.
  • Proven success in consultative sales to SMBs and mid-market clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, process-builder, thrives in fast-moving environments.
