Agency Owner | Rev-Share Marketing | Angel Investor (Ecom only)
We’re a Singapore-based performance marketing agency that partners with Shopify brands on a revenue-share model. Unlike traditional agencies, we align our incentives directly with client growth.
This role is a full-cycle position focused on running the entire sales and client acquisition function. You’ll identify, engage, and close qualified prospects, while refining our acquisition playbook as we move up-market. This role is ideal for a hunter profile who thrives in consultative sales, enjoys working with founders, and wants uncapped earning potential .
Responsibilities- Build and manage a pipeline of Shopify brands.
- Research and identify qualified prospects.
- Manage outbound channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand brand challenges and growth barriers.
- Position our revenue-share engagement model in a compelling and consultative way.
- Close deals and ensure smooth handover to operations.
- Engage with larger brands and uncover their needs.
- Work with the founder to shape new offers/pricing models suitable for mid-market clients.
- Test and refine sales narratives for different client tiers.
- Own and update CRM/pipeline management.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity and performance.
- Continuously improve sales scripts, decks, and collateral.
- Be the voice of the market — share insights on objections, client needs, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with founder and ops team to refine positioning, offers, and pricing.
- Identify partnership opportunities within the Shopify ecosystem (apps, consultants, events).
- 3–5 years of experience in agency sales.
- Proven success in consultative sales to SMBs and mid-market clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, process-builder, thrives in fast-moving environments.
- Unique revenue-share model — a compelling sales story in a crowded agency market.
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions.
- Pathway to grow into Head of Sales / Commercial Director as the agency scales.
