Responsibilities: Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from prototype to mass production. Work closely with R&D, Process, Test, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product transition. Analyze engineering change requests and coordinate design validation, qualification, and release activities. Review and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and yield improvement. Evaluate product performance data, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions. Manage BOM, documentation, and process flow for product release and revisions. Support FA (Failure Analysis), reliability testing, and engineering evaluations when required. Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and manufacturability. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in NPI or Product Engineering, preferably within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing. Hands-on experience in FA, DOE, SPC, PFMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodologies. Familiar with process flow, assembly, and testing processes for semiconductor or electronic products. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail. Good communication, coordination, and project management skills. Able to work independently and in a cross-functional environment.
